ALS research is near and dear to the Valley Girls' hearts. In June, we will be back in the UNH dorms for a 2-day, 60-mile ride to support the ASL Therapy Development Institute (ASL TDI).
ALS TDI is the world's foremost drug discovery center focused exclusively on ALS. It is the first nonprofit biotech to invent a potential ALS treatment and bring it into clinical trial. ALS TDI has also rigorously tested over 550 drugs in animal models of ALS – more than any other ALS research lab in the world.
ALS TDI will not stop at one successful treatment. They are committed to doing this work, over and over. Our doors won't close until every person diagnosed with ALS has effective treatment options – options that will prevent, slow, stop, or reverse their ALS.
