Thanks for visiting my fund-raising page. This is my sixth-year riding with the ALS TDI Team in their Tri-State Trek Cycling Event.

ALS TDI has one mission, END ALS, they are the world’s most comprehensive drug discovery lab focused solely on ALS. In 2024 TDI announced progress in several critical areas:

* Biomarker Advancements: Tools like wearable accelerometers and blood-based biomarkers are revolutionizing how we track ALS progression, driving more effective trials and treatments.

* Innovative Therapies: Cutting edge work on PRMT inhibitors and copper complexes is bringing us closer to new therapies for ALS.

* mRNA Technology: In collaboration with UPenn, we're pioneering mRNA therapies that target the brain and spinal cord, unlocking new possibilities for ALS treatment.

* Expanded Reasearch Models: By refining mouse models and leveraging zebrafish, we're testing thousands of potential therapies and paving the way for personalized treatments.

* Risk factor Analysis: With CDC support we're uncovering lifestyle and environmental factors that contribute to ALS, creating pathways for earlier interventions.

As a nonprofit biotech company ALS TDI is not restricted by shareholders looking for a profit. ALS TDI is totally focused on finding treatments for ALS patients.
