This year I will be participating in my 10th Tri-State Trek.  I ride in memory of my friend Robin who passed away from ALS in 2011.  The challenge to ride 100 miles a day grows greater every year.  While it’s sometimes tempting to take a year off, I’m always grateful that I have the choice that Robin no longer has.  I know Robin would never give up on us and this motivates me to keep fighting to find a cure for this terrible disease.
