Hola, friends. On June 22, I’ll begin my second year in the Tri-State Trek, a 270-mile bike ride over three days from Boston to Greenwich, CT. Hundreds of cyclists raise money and awareness for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. I’m fortunate to be a member of Crush ALS/Team Bannon, which is participating for the tenth year.  Our team raised more than $200,000 last year, and we hope to do even better this year.
