Volunteer Options
The Tri-State Trek offers many volunteer positions depending on your interests and preferred daily schedule! All crew positions are two day assignments, with early mornings and long days. Please be sure to view the tentative crew members schedule before registering!
Route Support
Route Support

Helps ensure the route is clear, safe and well-marked and provides support for riders via car.

Rest Stop Crew
Rest Stop Crew

Help cheer on the riders, give them a drink or a carb loaded snack and make sure riders have everything they need to complete the ride.

Medical Crew
Medical Crew

Using your medical background to help keep riders safe and healthy while they ride throughout the day at rest stops and on the route itself.

Registration Crew
Registration Crew

Welcoming and checking in riders arriving at UNH, answering any questions about the weekend, and checking riders at the end of Saturday and Sundays rides.

Lunch Crew

Prep and serve delicious lunches for riders and crew that will keep everyone fueled throughout their ride.

Ride the route with riders while aiding when needed, answering any questions, and cheering individuals on.

Spirit Squad
Cheer Squad

Make some noise! Cheer, clap, whistle, chalk names, ring those cow bells and congratulate all riders as they ride throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Let them know what a great accomplishment they achieved.
