Check In: Participants can check-in at the Registration Tent at Base Camp located at the SERC's Quad (5 DeMeritt Circle, Durham, NH 03824). Check-in will be open at the following times: Friday, June 21st from 3:00pm-9:00pm; Saturday, June 22nd from 5:00am-7:00am and 1:00pm-5:00pm; Sunday, June 23rd at 5:00am.

Parking: Parking is first come first served. Parking is available in Forest Park North Lot (8 College Road, Durham, NH 03824) is closest to Camp. If that lot fills up, overflow will be located in B Lot (Parsons Hall, 23 Academic Way, Durham, NH 03824). Please visit the registration tent for a parking permit.

Welcome Celebration Dinner: Friday, June 21st, at the SERC's Quad (5 DeMeritt Circle, Durham, NH 03824) under the tent at 6:00pm. Welcome program will begin at 7:00pm.

Crew Meeting 8:00pm Friday: All Crew must attend a Crew Meeting to go over job positions, load-in event equipment and discuss general weekend logistics. The Crew Meeting will take approximately 25 minutes. Contact will be made by Crew Captains in June to discuss the coordinating of responsibilities.

Accommodations: Dorm rooms at UNH were assigned based on information provided during registration. Once guests check in, they have until 8:00pm on Sunday, June 23rd to check out.

Saturday Morning Breakfast and Check-in: Saturday morning check-in opens at 5:00am and participants who did not check-in on Friday will need to do so Saturday morning. We will provide coffee and breakfast items starting at 5:30am. Riders fill-up stations will be available to fill their water bottle and stock up on snacks.

Start Line/Ride Out: The Staring Line is located next to Base Camp at the SERC's Quad (5 DeMeritt Circle, Durham, NH 03824). Ride-out takes place at 7:00am. Cyclists should plan to arrive at the start line by 6:45am. Route directional arrow takedown begins at 7:30am. Riders who do not leave at ride out will not have access to rest stops, police details, or route support throughout the ride.

Route: The Tri-State Trek route is fully marked with directional arrows. Link to our 2024 routes can be found by visiting our Ride with GPS website.

Ride Support: Riders travel a marked route at their own pace. Support vehicles patrol the route and bicycle technicians are available all weekend for assistance. We carry gear, medical equipment and extra food and water.

Medical Staff: Tri-State Trek Medical Staff patrol the route and are available at rest stops and overnights.

Rest Stops: Rest stops every 15-25 miles. There are four rest stops each day and each stop is stocked with light food, fruit, and plenty of water and sports drinks to keep you hydrated and moving.

Food & Drink: All meals, snacks, water, sports drinks, and more are provided to all riders and volunteers. From Friday Welcome Dinner through the Finish Line Party on Sunday, you will eat well. We provide vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options all weekend.

Pool: Tri-State Trek participants are welcome to enjoy the Hamel Recreation Center Outdoor Pool (5 Edgewood Rd, Durham, NH 03824). Show your Trek Dispatch bracelet at the door for entry. Pool hours are 11:00am-7:00pm.

Team Swag Swap: Share your team spirit by participating in the Team Swag Swap! Throughout the weekend, Teams can show off their creativity by bringing and swapping items with other teams, such as baked goods, keychains, bracelets and more! Or order items from services such as Etsy, Sticker Mule, Custom Tattoos Now! We recommend bringing at least 30 items to swap!

Finish Line Location: The Finish Line is located outside of the SERC's Quad at 5 DeMeritt Circle, Durham, NH 03824. We are excited to see you all ride down their long driveway to the finish line with all of us cheering you on! Friends and Family are welcome to attend!
