Come and Cheer

We Need More Cowbell!

After my dad passed, this experience gave us a sense of healing for our loss, a sense of empowerment by supporting the science, and an outlook of hope to those fighting ALS today.

Team Follow Me

We cycle through 45 towns over three days and the folks who come out to cheer and ring cowbells remind us that we're not alone in this fight.

Find out when and where we ride through your community and join us on the road! Buy your cowbells here!

The 270 Mile Course

We love nothing more than cheering supporters ringing cowbells! The enthusiasm energizes us and keeps us focused on why we're riding. Check out our route and see how close we come to your home or place of business and come show your support.

The Finish Line; Greenwich, CT

The first riders are expected in North Greenwich at around 11am on Sunday, June 25th. Riders climb the monstrous John Street hill once or multiple times to show ALS we mean business. Pizza is served while riders and spectators line John St. cheering riders up the hill. At 2pm all riders depart John St. for our Victory Ride down Greenwich Ave, and a well-deserved Finish Line celebration at Roger Sherman Baldwin Park in Greenwich. Riders arrive between 2:30 & 3:00pm.

Supporters who would like to spend the weekend with us, stay with us, eat with us, and provide moral support can register as "Here To Cheer". There is no registration fee but there is a $200 minimum fundraising requirement. (We will provide food, lodging and cowbells, but transportation is not provided).
