Re-assembling will cost $35 and your bike will be waiting for you at the Start Line.
Can It be shipped back to me after the event?
Yes! Teardown and boxing will cost $35 (payable to Eastern Mountain Sports), and the rider pays all shipping fees.
Can I rent a bike for the ride?
YES! Our Friends at Urban AdvenTours are providing a 10% discount
to any Trek Rider renting a bike for the weekend. Participants can contact Urban AdvenTours at
info@UrbanAdvenTours.com or by phone at 617.670.0637.
Participants must make their own rental and delivery arrangements. We can transport bikes back to Boston at no additional charge.
Is there transportation to the Start Line before the ride?
Yes, we have a shuttle from Greenwich, CT, to Newton, MA, on Thursday, July 19th. The shuttle leaves at 2:30pm from the Horseneck Lot
on Arch St. (Long Term Parking Lot). We do not provide accommodations for Thursday night, but we do have a room block at the Crowne
Plaza with discounted rates for TST participants.
How do I get back home after the ride?
We provide transportation only on Friday evening and Sunday evening back to our Long Term Parking in Newton for $10 per person. The shuttles
will leave around 5:30pm; we will wait for all riders who have signed up for the shuttle! You must select this option when registering for
the Trek. If you have not selected transportation, please log onto your account and make the appropriate updates.
How do I get my bike back home to Boston?
We transport all bikes that are going back to Boston at the end of the ride. You must select this option when registering for the Trek. If you
have not selected bike transportation, please log onto your account and make the appropriate updates.

Can I change my registration?
You may change your registration at any time by logging into your TST account. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. (Please
Note: If you are a rider and you change your status after July 15th you are still committed to fundraise your original fundraising minimum.)

How do I send in cash or checks that I have received by fundraising?
When sending in donations you must fill out a donation form attached here:
Donation Form. Donations received without a donation form
will take longer to process, and my not be processed correctly. Please use this form! If you have cash donations, please write out a personal
check for the cash amount and keep the actual cash. Please fill out a donation form and indicate on the form who the donation should be credited to/from.

Are there laundry facilities on campus?
There are laundry facilities at the overnights, but may not be easily accessible. We recommend bringing a jersey for each day and a couple
pairs of shorts. We carry all rider gear.
