You can find long term parking at our finish line and start line.

Where can I ship my bike?

  • Please ship for arrival by Thursday, July 11 to Urban Adventours.
  • Urban Adventours is located at the address below and can be reached via phone at 617.670.0637.
  • Bike build up and break down will be $75 (a 50% discount) and billed to you by Urban Adventours.
  • We recommend you use UPS to ship your bike to Urban Adventours. You MUST buy a return shipping label and include it in the package to get your bike returned to you!!!
  • Bikes will be assembled at Urban Adventours and transported to the Crowne Plaza.

Can I rent a bike for the ride? YES! Our Friends at Urban AdvenTours are providing a 15% discount to any Trek Rider renting a bike for the weekend. Participants can contact Urban AdvenTours at info@UrbanAdvenTours.com or by phone at 617.670.0637.

Participants must make their own rental and delivery arrangements. We can transport bikes back to Boston at no additional charge.

Is there transportation to the Start Line before the ride?
Yes, we have a shuttle from Greenwich, CT, to Newton, MA, on Thursday, July 18th. The shuttle leaves at 2:30pm from the Horseneck Lot on Arch St. (Long Term Parking Lot). We do not provide accommodations for Thursday night, but we do have a room block at the Crowne Plaza with discounted rates for TST participants.

How do I get back home after the ride?
We provide transportation only on Friday evening and Sunday evening back to our Long Term Parking in Newton for $10 per person. The shuttles will leave at 5:30pm; we will wait for all riders who have signed up for the shuttle! You must select this option when registering for the Trek. If you have not selected transportation, please log onto your account and make the appropriate updates.

How do I get my bike back home to Boston?
We transport all bikes that are going back to Boston at the end of the ride. You must select this option when registering for the Trek. If you have not selected bike transportation, please log onto your account and make the appropriate updates. You are solely responsible for getting your bike to and from the trek. We will bring it back to Boston from Greenwich for you, but you are responsible for getting it onto the truck at the Finish Line in Greenwich by 4:30PM and being present at Long-Term Parking at BC Law at 855 Centre Street Newton, MA at 8:30PM to receive it.

3 Day Rider – Covers Friday and Saturday nights
2 Day Rider – Covers Friday and Saturday nights
1 Day Rider – No rooming is covered (You may opt to stay an overnight by choosing this option in registration. You will be charged accordingly.)
Crew – Covers Friday and Saturday nights
Here to cheer – Covers Friday and Saturday nights
Day 3 for all – Covers Saturday night
Virtual Riders – No rooming is covered
Local Volunteers – No rooming is covered

Registration and Fundraising

Can I change my registration?
You may change your registration at any time by logging into your TST account. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. (Please Note: If you are a rider and you change your status after July 15th you are still committed to fundraise your original fundraising minimum.)

What are the registration fees and fundraising minimums?
3 day - $185/$1800
2 day - $185/$750
1 day - $75/$250
Crew - $0/$35
Here to cheer - $150/$50
Virtual Rider - $0/$0
Local Volunteers - $0/$0

How do I send in cash or checks that I have received by fundraising?
When sending in donations you must fill out a donation form attached here: Donation Form. Donations received without a donation form will take longer to process, and might not be processed correctly. Please use this form! If you have cash donations, please write out a personal check for the cash amount and keep the actual cash. Please fill out a donation form and indicate on the form to whom the donation should be credited to/from.

Are there laundry facilities on campus?
There are laundry facilities at the overnights, but may not be easily accessible. We recommend bringing a jersey for each day and a couple pairs of shorts. We carry all rider gear.
